Returns Policy
You buy on Amazon, so Amazon handles returns and refunds.
Amazon's return window applies
This site is a catalogue — the order, the payment and the delivery all happen on Amazon. That means the return window, whether an item can be returned at all, and the refund itself are governed by Amazon's policy for the listing you bought from. The exact window for your item is shown on the Amazon listing and in Your Orders.
What Amazon usually asks for
Amazon decides eligibility for your order, but a return normally goes smoothly when the item is:
- In the same condition as received — unused and in working order
- In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
- Free from physical damage, scratches, or signs of use
- Still within the return window Amazon shows for your order
Commonly non-returnable
Amazon marks non-returnable items on the listing itself — always check there. These are the usual exclusions:
- Products with broken or tampered warranty seals
- Items damaged due to misuse, power surges, or improper handling
- Installed or activated software and digital products
- Products with missing accessories, cables, or original packaging
- Anything the Amazon listing marks as non-returnable
How to return an item
Open Your Orders
Sign in to Amazon and find the order in Your Orders.
Choose Return
Pick the item, select a reason, and choose the return option Amazon offers.
Amazon refunds you
Hand the item over, then Amazon inspects it and issues the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by Amazon, not by us. Once Amazon has the returned item and has checked it, Amazon approves the refund and returns the money to the payment method you used on Amazon, on Amazon's own timeline.
We never took your payment, so we cannot refund you, reverse a charge or credit a card. If a refund is delayed or refused, raise it with Amazon from Your Orders — and tell us as well, so we can follow it up from our side.
Return shipping
Amazon arranges the return — a pickup, a drop-off point or a prepaid label, depending on the item and your address. Whether any return fee applies is shown by Amazon when you start the return.
Exchanges
Where Amazon offers a replacement for an eligible item, you will see it next to the return option in Your Orders. Otherwise, return the item and order the one you want on Amazon.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report a damaged or defective item to Amazon from Your Orders as soon as you can — Amazon decides the replacement or refund. Send us photos too: we cannot process the claim, but we will help you push it along and make sure the fault is fixed at our end.
