Shipping Information
How delivery works when you buy on Amazon.
This site is a catalogue. You browse here and complete the purchase on Amazon, so every order is taken, packed, dispatched and delivered by Amazon under Amazon's own delivery policies. We never handle your payment, your address or the parcel.
What Amazon handles
Fulfilled by Amazon
Packed and dispatched by Amazon
Your order is placed on the Amazon listing, never on this site.
Delivery speed
Shown on Amazon before you order
Depends on the listing, your address and whether you have Prime.
Delivery charges
Set and shown by Amazon
Any delivery fee, or free delivery you qualify for, appears at Amazon's checkout.
Payment
Taken by Amazon
Amazon shows the payment options available for your order. This site never asks for payment details.
Your order
Amazon dispatches the order, so the dispatch and delivery dates are the ones Amazon showed you when you placed it. You can see them again in Your Orders on Amazon.
Tracking lives in your Amazon account — we do not receive it. Open Your Orders on Amazon, or use the tracking link in the dispatch email Amazon sends you.
Delivery Details
Amazon decides where a listing can be delivered. Enter your address or pincode on Amazon and it will confirm whether it delivers there, and how quickly, before you pay.
Amazon and its delivery partner handle re-attempts and will contact you on the number attached to your Amazon account. You can also manage the delivery from Your Orders on Amazon.
Change it in Your Orders on Amazon — Amazon allows this up until the order is dispatched. We have no access to your order and cannot change the address for you.
Issues & Support
Report it to Amazon from Your Orders — Amazon covers orders it delivers and will arrange the replacement or refund. Tell us too if the fault is with the product itself: we cannot process the claim, but we will help you chase it and fix the problem at our end.
Some oversized or restricted items cannot be delivered everywhere. Amazon applies those rules and tells you on the listing, or when you add your address, if it cannot deliver the item to you.
Need more help?
Amazon handles the delivery itself, but our team is happy to help with anything about the product.
